Called customer service 4 times today with being transferred and put on hold for 1 hour or more each time! Then on their website I chatted with an Ellen to just ask my question of having my premium taken out of an insurance savings account rather than my checking account. Then Silverscript wanted to charge me $1 to chat with the expert who could give me an answer. Unbelievable! User's recommendation: Make sure you have an hour or so to be put on hold.
