I have been trying to change my flight for weeks and the RAM number never answers! It goes on the menu then hangs up! This is despicable.
I have called the toll free many times (20 +) with no one answering the phone. I need help to finish the payment of my reservation. This is the most frustrating and inconvenient experience I had with any airline. Please make sure someone answer the phone and help the customers.

Please do not buy goods heavier than 20.kg. because it is not possible to return the product. could be returned to the store. Although it is indicated in the right of withdrawal, the product can be returned free of charge at the American post office. Do not think so, this is not the case.
