I called to see why they didn’t process the payment (the money still in the account) after 20 days from the purchase date. The representative didn’t have an answer and informed me that RAM changed my return time without letting me know. User’s recommendation: Improve the communication.
Booked a flight with Opodo to go to Gambia they cancelled my flight 3 x. The book a time that i didn’t choose. Opodo customer service is CRAP they keep tell me they are waiting on the AIR LINE to send me the money. They are workpng hand and hand to screw people out of there money....

Please do not buy goods heavier than 20.kg. because it is not possible to return the product. could be returned to the store. Although it is indicated in the right of withdrawal, the product can be returned free of charge at the American post office. Do not think so, this is not the case.
