This company never answered the phone after you make your reservation I have been trying to reach them for more than couple days but no one answered the phone

They never answer the phone. Always ringing busy. Once you get through, phone prints dont work so you cant even select an option and it gets disconnected on its own anyway. Just the worse customer service ever, its no service at all!!!!!!!! How is it acceptable to jot be able to call these days

Please do not buy goods heavier than 20.kg. because it is not possible to return the product. could be returned to the store. Although it is indicated in the right of withdrawal, the product can be returned free of charge at the American post office. Do not think so, this is not the case.
