This company is so hard to deal with! They never come in the right day. They keep rescheduling. Then you try to cancel, they dont answer the phone, they dont answer emails avoid at all costs!
The man was not nice to deal with.NO ONE told us to have old dispenser out! Getting through initially took OVER 90 minutes User’s recommendation: Go somewhere else.
I called to Adding my Costco membership to my current Ready Refresh account, the hold tome was terrible User’s recommendation: Try to do everything online.
My issue has not been resolved and I havent heard back from support . I havent received seven of my 5 gallon water jugs and I was billed so thats $70 gone. User’s recommendation: Do not use.
If you call the number they tell you to, there’s a 4 dollar plus change charge, if you go by the readyfresh.com it’s a damn joke, I’ve been a customer for quite some time, all I want to do is cancel delivery for a couple of months, what A hassle. I don’t want August delivery or September...
