Tried to stop my order

Issue was not resolved because you tried to charge me five dollars to speak with an agent. That is totally uncalled for as I have 15 bottles of water sitting outside of my house I need to delay my deliveries. Please stop my deliveries until further notice. User’s recommendation: Buyer beware.

I don’t understand why my delivery stopped i would like to continue service i am disabled and cannot get out the house to shop so the delivery service is a great convenience

Credit for over charge

I was able to reach them after many attempts to discuss my concern! I believe I have a resolution as I would like to keep my service I have had for a longtime! I hope they hope up their promise!

Question about a water cooler cleaning

They would charge a fee for taking a *** calling it a waste of water, charging to *** talk to customer service, bag of *** over there. User’s recommendation: Use another company.
