No response to my email re delivery

This company repeatedly ignores my email requests to cancel delivery service, attempted to deliver water today, but I refused and was told by the driver I would be charged a fee. This is the WORST customer service and frankly a scam organization in that they ignore customer emails, but charge for phone call to CSR.

I placed my order Friday and checked out as guest. Never received a confirmation number. Later on I received a text message saying my water would be delivered on Monday between 7am and 11 am.
