5 gallon bottle has a crack, and it leaked water all over the floor and inside the cooler. Didnt know that bottle was damaged. Called CS and they were very helpful
When there was phone support, it was great. Now the only way to get customer support is by emailing the support department. 3 t0 5 business days is what is stated as response time. Or not…?!?! My issues have not been resolved and so far no communication from the support dept. Sent emails again, hopefully results this...

Taking advange of the elderly…. my mother is 73 years old and they gave her a gmail accout she don*t nu nothihg about gmail. style=”background-color: and the customer line said u will be on hold 9min.. but it was 4 over and hour.. User’s recommendation: NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN.
My water delivery has been rescheduled 4 times since last week. Their delivery is very unreliable. . User’s recommendation: Don’t use ReadyRefresh if you need delivery.
