Waive $5.00 fee

I attempted to make a $50.00 payment via Macy’s auto payment line. The payment would not process..so next prompt was to speak to a Customer Service Rep.. he did not have the authority to waive the fee…so now I have been on hold for 25+ minutes with a “supervisor” that does not have the authority to remove...
