Not happy with service provided

The manager was very rude to me and walked off while I was talking to her and asking questions about how to return an item without a receipt I gave her a statement from my bank showing the purchase that I made from Dunham and still she walked off on me

Double-Charged; No resolution…District Manager in hiding!

I bought a pair of shoes, wore them for 2 days B4 my feet almost ‘fell-off’. I did get to exchange them, and while they now seem fine, their credit billed me again. Their District Manager appears “Absent-w/o-Leave. They should re-name them “Done-w/’ems”!!! User’s recommendation: BOYCOT.

4Str9205 I was in store Thursday 7/22/21 bought a pair of Etonic golf shoes wore them one on 7/23/21 one was missing and cleat other cleats wore out And storemanger wouldn’t not Reaplace them.

Bought a pair of Etonic golf shoes 7/22/21 used them 7/22/21 cleats fell out them looked I had yes them a dozen times wouldnt return them but offered too sell me new cleats. User’s recommendation: Don’t shop at DUNHUM sporting goods,customers mean nothing to them.

Lousy service.

To be fair other orders I placed where fine. I am now at two weeks and it seems they have zero interest in completing my order. I placed an order at the height of covid and had it in less than a week. If I ever receive this order it will be last for the some time.... Read more➤

Lack of shipping

They use to be decent with shipping. Now it has been almost two weeks and they can not seem to ship the item I ordered. Would recommend not ordering from them I will not be in the future. User’s recommendation: Avoid.
