My keep turning off by it self

I reset it the TV with the representative over the phone and it still does not work every time you navigate through all apps or you press any buttons on the remote the TV automatically shuts off and turned on by it self

Speaker replacement

I bought the onn part speaker about a year ago. It was a great speaker with good sound and I loved it. It recently started to become increasingly staticky to the point where I cannot here the music. I was wondering if you would be able to replace it or maybe fix it?
