Fitflop charged my account, did not supply a tracking number, asked for a review of shoes I don’t have that I was charged for. No way to reach customer service

No shoes, says they were shipped, no tracking number, ask for a review, charged my credit card. Will dispute charge no way to communicate. I sent several messages to their email on help site User’s recommendation: Something changed. Been a loyal customer for years.
