Bagged tobacco

Bank Transfer

So, I bought online banking. I want to transfer money, input amount, etc. to my mom, all right, shows payment made. I saved the payment order. The next day I logged in to my internet bank again, because my mother asked if the money would come in today, I said that of course, because I made the transfer yesterday, I sent the payment order to her by e-mail. You look at your bank, such a transfer has not been made. Whether the money was withdrawn or not, because I am not following. I contact the bank, I say so and so, the money is not gone, but the payment order is. They will not see anything in return to our e-mail, this payment order. I don't know what to do with that bank, I will have to look for another bank that performs its functions normally and doesn't make me feel like a bastard when theysomething didn't go away. We'll see how they get to the point. If the bank already has a problem with the server or something else, why should I suffer. Hope the money comes into my mother's account. If I were a Legal Entity or a company, I would definitely have lost money, as a result of such an error, although someone will disturb them, for such mistakes.
