I can’t get a sound after setting up

Subwoofer doesn’t connect to Soundbar

I recently purchased a Onn 36 5.1 blast Soundbar with subwoofer back in June and not even a month later the subwoofer has unpaired from Soundbar and wont pair back .Ive tried everything possible to make it work again I would like a replacement
