Bad weather caused the power outage. But we were told 1 pm that the power would be back on. It is now 5 pm and still no power and no update. We cant reach a real person anywhere. We are freezing in our house.

Never got no one and its crazy , I understand the grid but out of power now going on 6 hours in the cold , my power bill bet not be high
We have been without electricity since 10:00am today after only getting back on around 3am (It was off since 1130pm the day before). Never got to talk with anyone. I’m a diabetic and insulin in the refrigerator (can not freeze it) Had some flickering of electricity on and off this am, but it’s been off since 10:00am....

This could be called a horror with a washing machine almost before New Year's Eve! I have to start with the fact that due to the old washing machine, which ran a bit, I had to change the floor and in order to have no similar problems, I decided to buy a new washing machine. Everything was very nice for two weeks, until a disgusting puddle appeared on my new laminate again! I was in horror! I called to the store where I bought this product, where I was very "kindly" answered that I should look for the master by another number and dropped the handset! After burning the feet of the master, I received a vague answer - I will call you, come wait! Two days later, the master arrived and found that my new washing machine was not running. The master left, but I tried to wash the laundry and what do you think - a disgusting puddle appears on the floor again!
