Poor service!

On Saturday, we ordered the humidifier pure in the online store with free removal on site at the spice home store. It was important to receive the product on Saturday or Sunday morning at the latest. The product has a green box next to it - which means that the product is in the store and it is possible to receive it on the same day. I will quote information from the dormeo website: "when the order is processed, we will call you. If the goods are ordered at the time of purchase (green check box), it will be available on the same day. If the goods are not available in the selected store (orange circle), deliveries will be Within 1 week. After placing your order, wait for the order confirmation email. Once the item is in the selected store, we will call to arrange to receive it. that you have brought a copy of the confirmation email (online or in hard copy) so that we can identify you. We will check the data and issue the product immediately. "on Saturday around 15:00 we receive confirmation that the payment has been made - we have to wait for the next time from the company that the product can be removed. Today is Monday - but none of the store staff has contacted us to inform us that we can remove the product The website is still marked in green - the product is available in the store - on Saturday we were there on the spot and we saw that the product is really on the spot - placed in the sales hall in several places. now it's like a game - how long will dormeo not know about the customer and be misled by incorrect information on the website?
