Product not usable for certain customers

The printed material accompanying the device contains a disclaimer indicating it is “not suitable for those with” conditions including heart disease and pacemakers. I am being treated for a heart condition and have a pacemaker surgically implanted. There was no such alert on the website offering the product for sale. The company has not answered its telephone...
