can’t get instructions to return neckrelax getting run around they keep saying can’t find my account keep getting emails to buy there product so they do has my account User’s recommendation: don’t buy trying to return so far no luck.

Husband has a pacemaker and can’t use this item.

I have sent an e-mail directly to the company as well and will wait for an appropriate amount of time for a reply directly from them. If that is not satisfactory then I will be back in contact with you guys. User’s recommendation: I am on hold for this however one unit seemed to be defective.

I want to return my device

This company is absolutely ridiculous because they dont provide a way to contact them except for a bogus email! Then they want to hold the customer hostage for a refund when the product doesnt work with a 30 day policy of nonsense when they cant be reached!!!!!!! Unbelievable User’s recommendation: Don’t do it.
