Products were purchased in November as a Christmas present. They were 3 days over 30 on the 25th of December when the products were first used. Poor service
I had never written a complaint before, but this time it was very irritating, some time ago I ordered a new device from AuMobile, I paid for the order, there was also a specific date from the product will be available for delivery, everything is clear, as if everything is in order, after 5 days the consultant calls and Says that by the end of the week, I look forward to it, so no news, call on Sunday, said there is some kind of delay, Says, that the order will be handed over to the courier on Monday, I am waiting for Monday, no message, then call on Tuesday and I am informed that the product has arrived to them damaged and that they have ordered a new one again, they didn't even call me to report this news! Said the new product I will have to wait do not know how long at all! I ask if they may have a similar product on the spot,said it will call again soon and so again I am waiting and no news!
