Terrible extended warranty!

We purchased a 4 year extended warranty on our washer and dryer. It’s been a 5 days since we have filed a claim and they keep saying they are “contacting the manufacturer.” User’s recommendation: Do not purchase CPS extended warranties.

CPS is a Total Scam – Refused to Honor Their Own Terms

Rip-off, wont send repair person or call you back

They will give you the runaround FOREVER! They never call you back or send a rep as promised. We have been trying to get our washer /dryer repaired for months. Don’t use them, they are the worst.
