Poor customer service in addition to poor product. Would not back their warranty. We finally quit discussing this with them and went to Original Mattress Factory. Superb service and quality products User’s recommendation: go elsewere.

I have not received the items I ordered on 03.12.2018, they had to be sent from 16.12.2018.-29.12.2018, as presented in the coupon. I have not received any information about the other delivery time of the product! I called several times - it is not possible to call, because the answering machine constantly answers that all operators are busy. I wrote an e-mail 6 times with a question when the product will be delivered or the money will be returned, I have not received any answer, either within three days or in a longer period of time. On January 30 , 2019, I sent to both specified e-mails both payment orders and coupons sent by them. No answer.The product is not has arrived. The money paid for the item has not been returned to my account.
