No money, no items

I bought mob.tel. in this online store. I bought the phone all cool, delivered on time, it seemed that everything is ok, but then in the first month the phone broke (the other person doesn't hear me during the call), well ok, the electronics remain electronics. When calling office 1a, they indicated where to take the phone under warranty. I took the phone, repaired it under warranty and got it back the same day. Don't go for a month, the phone breaks down again with the same fault, I take it to repair again during the day, it repairs it... but then after about a month the phone breaks down again with the same fault.. Call the 1a office, they say to bring it to the office near them Seaview Street. I delivered the phone to them, I wrote an application to give me the same new phone. A month later, no one calls from office 1a, I call myself, they confirm that the phone is a factory defect, but there is no same phone, so I decided to take money for the value of the phone, I wrote an application for a refund, I sent it to them. I didn't send the money to my account as a solitaire in two weeks, and it's been two months and I'm without money and no phone. I repeatedly call their info number, all the time they say will check the information and call me back, but now this way I was promised to call back three times, but no time no one called me...and it's been two months and I'm without money and a phone.
