From DC to NY on a Martz OurBus, driers was on his cell entire trip during severe storm. Even hands free cell is not safe when driving, especially something as large as a bus where reaction time matters even more. Called the Martz Operation number during trip -appears they did nothing. Will not travel with them again.
I greeted the male caucasian Bus Driver Friday Feburary 15, 2019 going from Delaware Water Gap to Port Authority 7:30 bus. I spoke to him , he lit a cigarette and ignored Me. If Customers didn’t use this Service , he wouldn’t have a Job. African Americans are treated very poorly.
