Carb Counts on Meal Selection too High

When you look at the nutritional values on the MyDiabetes app, a lot of the meal selections are too high. I went through the diabetes training at St. Marys Hospital here in Richmond, VA, and the allotment for carbs per meal was 35 to 40 grams per meal.
