Poor service, almost impossible to receive shipment
I'm confused about the delivery service you provide! When tracking a shipment that has not been received, several unsuccessful delivery attempts appear, but when the customer is at the delivery address, no one has given a message. When it is possible to call a customer service specialist, the customer's telephone number is re-registered. And the promised delivery the next day, but nothing happens - now another failed delivery attempt. Why then do I have to leave my no if no one even tries to call?! The shipment is paid for and it is only normal practice to warn the customer before delivery, otherwise it happens that while waiting for the shipment delivered by itella, the customer must completely paralyze his life and stand outside the door, because it is the courier's honor to call and warn about arrival. Why are other services doing this?
