Supposedly sent letter for pensioners to sign( not a certified letter) if not signed we don’t get pension. Well now all *** will break loose! They cannot hold pensions hostage ! Did they get notified I was dead? No so they are required by law to send pension or see me in court

MassMutual insisted an RMD had to be taken out of my Roth account prior to withdrawal. I told them it was exempt until owner dies & is inherited by my sons. They said it’s IRS rules and I was wrong. I even spoke to a supervisor and she agreed with her employee….
