Poor service
This year's movie night tickets were sold out several hours before the event, online, without people being able to buy them on site. Often tickets can only be bought on the spot and this has been the case in previous years. Nowhere was it mentioned that tickets must be purchased several days in advance online. We've been waiting for this event for a month and nothing.
