Hello, my order was made on 17/1/2021 ASL20210117ZA5294721, no products was received, emails stating that nearby Post Offices must be contacted was done, no products found. I request a full refund. Un acceptable that an order can take 6 months for delivery, tracking site as well not useful.

Waiting time
Not satisfied with the waiting time. It lasts up to 45 minutes! In my opinion, this is not acceptable for a fast food restaurant. There is a feeling that the seller has forgotten about customer service, instead of washing the floor. Also, other sellers ignore customers who are in the room and serve only those who are at the car service box office!
