You have my money tied up in preauthorization.

I ordered a sewing machine. I have received my order and been charged for it. Ten days later you still have two pre-authorizations for 313.34 on my account. I have bills to pay. WTF. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN!!!!!I need my money now User’s recommendation: Do not order online.

Can’t find my online order or status twice

No local help to problem solve or asst . Mgr says instead of ordering by download app try www but no more answers or calls to corporate. Couldnt help past yo locate order through online. Tried both. Purchased through PayPal, would not refund to PayPal but gave be store credit

If Joanns accepts PayPal as payment, they should refund through PayPal, wrong on ALL accounts. They return policy states that they will refund, if you have the receipt, and return through the way you paid . NOT honest or truthful. User’s recommendation: Do NOT purchase online using your PayPal.

Ordered Cancelled!!

For the third time in a row, my order was cancelled!! How is this possible??? Even after speaking to a customer service person for 45 minutes. Customer service is impossible here. User’s recommendation: shop elsewhere.
