Cancellation
Two months in advance of our scheduled arrival, we announced that the reservation had been canceled, arriving from Amsterdam at 22:00 straight road we went to the hotel Victoria, with a small baby on hand. The arrival time at the hotel was 11:10 p. m. The reason for canceling the reservation was that we had not paid for the booked room in advance. Ok. At the same moment, another lady arrived who also booked, but paid for the hotel. Absurd! Thank you A1 Hotel for welcoming us with a small, sleeping child in the middle of the night!
