Really awful service and EXTREMELY rude “Manager”

Not worth my time. Just stay away from Joann in Boynton on Federal Hwy. The “manager” Lynn interrupted me repeatedly and hung up on me TWICE when I was trying to find out why my online order was cancelled and I was NOT notified me of this. Why is my fabric touring the country and not being delivered to my address

I ordered fabric on September 19, I am still waiting for it. I checked the tracker and it is touring the country. Why did it come to Lafayette and its on its way back to Baton Rouge. Whats up with this User’s recommendation: Don’t order on line.
