Finally resolved

After 18 days with no heat HMS finally sent a contractor to replace my furnace. The first contractor they sent determined that the heat exchanger was cracked and the furnace needed to be replaced. He sent in pictures and a full report describing the issue and the specs on the furnace. HMS determined that this was not... Read more➤

Prevention of failure

Update by user Mar 25, 2019 never got a call back . Contacted other warranty companies who stated that they would have authorized a repair before the system failed completely. They use COMMON SENSE not something HMS seems to have a lot of. Won’t be renewing my warranty with them. I have found several other companies who... Read more➤
Three years and over $1,500 in monthly payments and only 1 time did i call for a repair. It wasn’t covered. I was hung up on twice. It took hours for my message to be responded to only to be told my issue was not covered. Now after another annual big price increase in the monthly fee... Read more➤
Dryer broke in November. Could not be fixed. They offered us a $395.00. Where do you find a dryer for that apartment ??? apartments???? we settled for a check of $398.00 on December.
