I spoke to a representative, and she told me I must have canceled the day I made the reservation. She was able to get me into the resort because there was a cancellation. She was great!

Summer 2021 I live at Viewpoint RV Resort in Mesa.Love using the pools&;;love neighbors.Was interested in selling my place 2 buy brand new stick-build unit-have cash.Only one woman works in resale.Rude&abrasive.Will not work with her-probably a sign that I need to move someplace friendly:(

Cancelled reservation within an hour, but my credit card was already charged and was told they couldn’t credit it back to me, so a refund check would be issued. It is now June and I have been trying to get the refund since March. User’s recommendation: Don’t go there……..
