The lady called Jennifer took my money to pay for my greyhound ticket am so upset about the whole situation please help
The people at the station and the people on the phone or nice. But my bus at three and a half hours late as of now. I’m going to miss my granddaughter’s birthday party. User’s recommendation: If you have a scheduled event go the day before.

My ride is horrible

First off my ride was horrible I couldnt use the bathroom on bus cause it was nasty and then when I arrived in Charlotte NC I was told Ill be going to Raleigh and on to Fayetteville but unknown to my surprise Im headed back to Winston Salem again and no one would give me an answer... Read more➤

Complaint poor service

Taking me over 2 days to get from nashville to greenbay . 11 hr in st Louis. 18hr lay over in Chicago . Not home yet . St Louis was very short with me and didn’t even give me a free lunch to make me feel a little better but they bought some other people lunch. Never... Read more➤
