Because my bus is sitting in the parking lot on the border it’s almost 4 hours going to be late

The people at the station and the people on the phone or nice. But my bus at three and a half hours late as of now. I’m going to miss my granddaughter’s birthday party. User’s recommendation: If you have a scheduled event go the day before.
