The toll to repair the gold chain, broken, promised to be ready in a week. It took a week than, Promised another 2 days, again nothing. I got an answer to the question when it will be ready - we don't know, we can't say. I asked to be called the same day and clarified when I would be ready. Of course no one called. After another 2 days I wanted to call myself, I didn't find either a phone number or an order number on the order form. We managed to find the number on the Internet and call, I got an answer - we called you when you were ready. The phone is with me all the time, no one has called me. "Fantastic" customer service, last time I used the services of this workshop.
