Remote control doesn’t work properly on adjustable bed base. bought ashley 10 year protection plan (GBS) and they say remote not covered even though it says it is not my copy of agreement

called GBS and they refuse to replace remote,say it is not covered. My copy of 10 year plan shows remote is covered. User’s recommendation: do not buy GBS furniture plan. Do not buy from Ashley until they use a honest protection plan co.
