Extortion of money for disconnected internet and tv

By concluding an agreement with Optus, delivery of invoices by post was determined. When latvenergo started offering customers a choice of payment terms, I was not interested in introducing the same system to Optus and the answer was that they do not have such a complicated program. To remind you of the need for such a system, I paid for 2 months for a while. After that, I went to the customer center for more than a year, where I was issued quarterly invoices, naming the necessary data. When I wanted to receive another bill for the advance payment for 3 months at the beginning of April, I refused to write it out because I now needed a passport. A passport is not a documentwhich must always be carried and must be presented in each hump booth. I waited for the bills in the mail, but on June 18, without written notice, I turned off the Internet and TV. There were some messages on a cell phone, but sending messages and sending invoices in the mail are two different things. 2. In July, I was billed at the My Client Center, which included a 100% charge for services not received within 12 days. 4. In July, I paid the bill and wanted to submit an application for sending quarterly invoices by mail or terminating the contract, but the application was not accepted. On the same day, I disconnected all Optus hardware from the network. The place of removal of hardware installation in the deed contains the address of my apartment, where it can be obtained. Now I am writing threatening letters and calling some extortionist office.
