I purchased my new Charge 4 in September 2020, the face seems to be fading, all the numerals and symbols have black lines running thru them, it is slowly getting impossible to read. Want my Fitbit sense replaced. Current one stopped working. The warranty is until 11/24/21. The operator was very nice and helpful.
We both have charge 3s that have error 001 after 15 months of light use. Fitbit offered a discount on new ones because they’re out of warranty period. No way will I ever ever ever buy another fitbit product. User’s recommendation: Don’t buy fitbit.
Get in contact with them wasnt easy. Great once I did through live chat. Still waiting for them to send me a return label. User’s recommendation: Persevere.
