My fitbit versa 2 is stuck on frozen. I can’t get to any of my apps and the battery life is low and I charged it last night.
My fitbit versa screen is unreadable, flashing green lines like a tv screen that’s gone wonky. It is counting my steps and syncing with my app, but I can’t see the time, steps, etc. I have tried scrolling through the screens and none of them are readable. A soft reset didn’t help.
BUYER BEWARE!!!! I called customer support because I wanted to purchase the cover of my Fitbit 2! It has a few small cracks and I thought before it breaks entirely I want to replace!
