The heart rate monitor on my Fitbit versa light has stopped working. Is there anything that can be done over the phone to get this feature working again. That’s one of the things I use on my Fitbit the most is my heart rate. I appreciate any help that you can give me thank you! Beverly

Hello I recently opened my Fitbit Alta after not opening it for three years. Whenever I try to use it after it being fully charged, it just turns off and wont turn back on. When its on the charger it works but its not on the charger then the screen will not turn on.
My sense is still not connecting to pandora. I did speak with someone and she really did not help me much . I did reset everything and still does not work. The retail outlet would not accept a return or exchange for the product. Advised to contact fitbit directly, did so but no response received. They obviously do no stand behind the product, did not even have courtesy to respond. User’s recommendation: Do not buy.
