Been with them 15 years and have also payed a maintenance contract. In the past they installed cellular service for the security system because lightning kept taking out panel. Abominable employees

Abominable customer service. After 13 years with ADT at one address, I tried to move service to a new address. More than 30 minutes to reach a person and when I mentioned I was short on time she immediately hung up. A few weeks later I called again, spoke to a person that switched me to relocation... We moved, and asked for a transfer, but instead, they considered it a new account. They sent a Salesmen to set up a new account and plan, and didnt want to honor the plan we were already getting. That’s why they wanted to set up a new account is so they could charge…
I have been a loyal customer for almost 20 years and in fall of 2019, I switch over to the Command center because I desired security camera and while it last it work fine. Because of COVID, I also my job of 10 years and I kept the service even though I was out of work….
