To spend over $100 on a product, only to have it fail after two years

Got the versa as a gift. I used it for about two years, then the battery stopped charging. Fit Bit says it’s outside the warranty time. They gave me a (whoopee) 35% credit. Strap came detached from my phase 3 Fitbit. Tried numerous straps and still one side would not lock. Contacted Fitbit and they responded in a timely manner and a new fitbit was mailed to me. I have not received it yet. But it’s on its way.

To unlock fibit versa 2 as i accidentally deleted the pair with my phone and now i cannot unlock the fibit versa 2 with my phone User’s recommendation: Not at all.

Purchased a new watch versa 3 witch is not working

The watch is not working..Bluetooth is very slow. Wi fi is very slow .connectivity is slow. Not worth buying. User’s recommendation: Won’t recommend any one.

Issue not resolved phone still under warranty and want to cancel contact

Issue not resolved spent overthrew hrs with anna on the phone and she was quite rude and kept asking me the same questions and I was so frustrated my the end of it and my phone wAs almost dead at the end of it.
