Strap came detached from my phase 3 Fitbit. Tried numerous straps and still one side would not lock. Contacted Fitbit and they responded in a timely manner and a new fitbit was mailed to me. I have not received it yet. But it’s on its way.
To unlock fibit versa 2 as i accidentally deleted the pair with my phone and now i cannot unlock the fibit versa 2 with my phone User’s recommendation: Not at all.
The watch is not working..Bluetooth is very slow. Wi fi is very slow .connectivity is slow. Not worth buying. User’s recommendation: Won’t recommend any one.
Issue not resolved spent overthrew hrs with anna on the phone and she was quite rude and kept asking me the same questions and I was so frustrated my the end of it and my phone wAs almost dead at the end of it.
