Dirty vehicles

Driver said that there is only one person that cares about cleaning and that the other one is super lazy and very rude been a long time customer and hope this complaint doesn’t go to waste I will follow up with my driver to see if I can one day have a clean vehicle to my appointment

Unprofessional. Very unprofessional

Wait until last possible moment to inform client they over booked. To many people in vechicle. I called them four times the day before my appointment to verify my times.
