Lies and a waste of time

Went to Sterling for a personal loan. Was told no problem based on credit score and salary (130K a year) I had 12K in credit card debt which I wanted to consolidate . Rude and Inept…Whitestone Branch

Tried to get a simple transaction done. Branch Manager got involved, unasked, and was the rudest, inept person I have ever met. I have spoken to a number of people and everyone has already gone elsewhere or seriously thinking about it. Need to get their act together or they can close this Branch.
