Treatment of Employees
These people, if you're ever looking for a new job, don't make a mistake - under no circumstances should you continue your career in this company! The management of the company works according to its own principles. Employees are subjected to repressive methods, with Soviet-era overtones. One thing is promised and another is done! To put it mildly, the attitude is inappropriate, inadequate and unacceptable to ethical standards! The company is run by members of the same family or by people close to them. It follows that all other employees of the company are included in the lower order. The lowest order regularly receives unjustified insults and, in addition to their job responsibilities, is forced to perform the job duties of people standing unofficially! Understandably, when performing a double, bulky workload, a person is often not physically able to do everything, both reasonably and unreasonably, within the required time limits! Attitude and terrible! The company is currently undergoing a reorganization, and lower-ranking employees have been put in front of the fact that they are being downgraded and their salaries being Abbyficantly reduced, not for the first time! If an employee, using the rights stipulated in the labor law, refuses to accept a demotion, then, by law, the employee must be dismissed due to the liquidation of the staff unit. In these cases, the management of the Award will always find a reason to dismiss the employee for breach of contract. As a result, employees are evicted on the street without receiving a fine for the company's years of service! Be careful! The company's management, in relation to its employees, uses various tactics to achieve the desired result - trickery, blatant lies and threats! No one wants to meet these people as employers! PS Recognizing the former employees of AAS Balva - everyone, without exception, confirms that they are happy about the fact that they no longer work in this company!
