They have started delivering water in smaller bottles and they do not answer the phone to explain why. the bill is the same as it was with larger bottles.

they do not answer the phone. i waited 45 minutes and had to listen to their recorded message. tried to call them a number of times. User’s recommendation: make sure you are getting the correct bottle size.

Crystal Springs, water.com, Crystalwater.com Scam, conmen and thiefs!

DONOT sign anything with these people. The water machines leak all over, they charge more then they say for the cooler rental, and then when you complain and stop your accout they charge you$100.00 to get out of it.
