I requested credit clearance letter on 22/11/2018. As per them letter can be requested after 45 days of card closure. So. Request made again on 12/01/2019. Sr11373548 no response 24/01/2019 sr [protected] no response (approved but not issuing) even after multiple calls not issuing the letter to branch. Called customer service multiple times but still not able to get the letter more than four months
