My money hasn’t been reversed

I bought mtn card yesterday and I was debited and I didn’t received the card I called mtn customer service and they told me that the account wasn’t credited and my money hasn’t been reversed.. I just need the money to be refunded. User’s recommendation: Lay your complain if you have any questions or issues.
