Good morning, I recharged my Mtn line (0803304****) #3000,with my FirstBank account 310080**** last Friday and my account was debited but my line was not credited.I contacted MTN to find out what happened but they said I should contact my Bank.
I tried to recharge my phone using the mobile app, I was debited 2000 but didn’t get credited neither was d money reversed to my account
