Unable to use USSD cod

I reported to the bank about my stolen phone and asked the customer service representative to disable my USSD services for security reasons. I however came back to the bank to re-enable the USSD services after I bought a new phone. But this complaint has not been attended to despite my incessant reminders to the bank.
